"Saint-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie" is a small French city in Vendée on the Atlantic coast. It is the fisrt city in the world where fishermen fish sardines. Tourism is developed in this city with museums, theaters, cinema, fun fairs and traditional parties (every two Thursdays in July and August). You can swim , you can windsurf (or sail boats such as dinghies, catamarans, ...), you can fish in a boat , you can play in two different casinos, you can play at the fun fair. There area lots of traditional restaurants (for example "46ème parallèle") and pubs. If you have money, you can go to "île d'Yeux" by boat. You can eat mussels (at "la moulerie de la gare") and oysters. You can arrive by train, boat, or car but there are no airports there.
