=> The sea of hands was created in 1997 and the celebration was in Canberra ( canberra is the capital of Australia ). Over 300.000 people have joined it. The Sea of Hands has become a symbol for the People's movement for reconciliation . The sea of hands is an artistic creation by artists for the aboriginals.
